Betty Laney

I, Betty Laney (alias Angela Cullins) do of somewhat sound mind declare the following to be the whole truth and nothing but the truth:

Thankfully, I did manage to remain a virgin and fulfill my dream of becoming a missionary for a short time in my life. Then on to five children of assorted sexes as well as divisities as can only be imagined. What a challenge raising 5 alone but somehow I did it with no ulcers.

During this time frame after serving my penance as a mother, I moved on to Rockwell International. I worked on the missile program, peacekeeper and space shuttle. I actually managed the configuration department and traveled to the launches until they closed Vandenberg AFB.

Politics was the next big hurdle, and served as President of the Water Board for 5 years. Thankfully, we managed to get the small town of Cabazon 5.4 million dollars in federal grants and loans. We played a part helping the community to vote on, support and promote the property the Desert Hills Factory Outlet is on today. I have managed stores at the above location for over ten years. Someday I hope to grow up and find my knight in shining armor. Looking forward to once again seeing all the wonderful men and women who helped me believe in myself and made me feel a part of loving community.

Angel in waiting.
